The connection form may allow you to choose copy/risk settings supported by the copier API, such as copier status, risk factor, risk value, copy pending orders, and Smart Price Adjustment. You are responsible for choosing settings appropriate to your account size and risk tolerance. Results may differ materially from the master account due to settings, broker execution, spreads, commissions, leverage, slippage, symbol mapping, manual account changes, or technical delays.
The Service is offered in fixed-period subscription tiers as described on the Site. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Access begins after payment confirmation, access-key delivery, account connection, and copier activation where applicable. Subscription periods are time-limited according to the selected plan. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subscriptions do not auto-renew.
Because there is no automatic renewal unless explicitly stated, no cancellation step is required to avoid future charges. We may suspend or terminate access where we believe these Terms have been breached, where fraud or abuse is suspected, where required by law, or where third-party service limitations prevent safe or reliable operation.
Given the nature of digital services, automated access-key delivery, and third-party payment processing, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or the connection process has begun. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Red Magma SL(Spain) and its owners, partners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for trading losses or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the Service.
